The Baby Sacque just needs sleeves and button loops. This pattern is easily knit in one piece, except for the sleeves! (The sleeves are formed by picking up stitches along the yolk armhole edge). There is an 8 row repeat pattern for the basketweave stitch to follow, which makes it a good project for beginners. I also consider this a perfect baby gift, because it's easy, knits up fast and is so sweet.
