Happy Birthday to my Firstborn

I finished the Drops sleeveless top in time to gift it to my daughter, today is her birthday. Happy Birthday, C.E.D. These projects were in some ways simple, but had interesting details: the shaping, using darts on the top; the texture, using the seed and wrap stitch (on purse); and the beadwork, giving it the "wow" factor. I also put beads on the the purse, even though the pattern did not call for them. Loved the way they turned out, and most importantly, my daughter loved receiving them.
