One Week Until Opening Day!

The Bluebonnet Yarn Shoppe in Cedar Park is one week from the opening day! Just a few more things on the list to accomplish, and Pat, the store owner (standing in photo) will open the doors next weekend. Many excited and inquisitive knitters have stopped by just to take a look at the huge inventory of yarn, needles and books. Word is spreading fast, and this coming weekend will prove to be a busy one for Pat and her staff. There will be knitting and crocheting classes on all levels; events such as a "yarn tasting", in which you can swatch samples of a select number of yarns; and a weekly "sit n' knit" hour (or two) for anyone who wants to come by and socialize with other knitters and crocheters. Well, Pat, we are all chomping at the bit for the opening day - - get ready, cause here we come!
